A BRAND new venture for Ramus Seafoods of Ilkley and Harrogate sees the seafood retailer and wholesaler catering for the food-loving public at the Harrogate Foodies Festival taking place at Ripley Castle from August 19 to 21.
Not only will seafood lovers be able to feast on succulent seafood salads and delicious prawn platters, but a selection of hand-picked wines and Prosecco from Yorkshire vintners Bon Coeur Fine Wines will also be available to purchase. All of the seafood platters are freshly prepared by the dedicated Ramus team and include freshly dressed lobster, juicy king prawns and Bleikers smoked salmon – all perfect with a glass of fizz!
The Ramus Seafood Emporium stand (R2) is located in prime position in the main seating area close to the chef’s demonstration stage, so guests can enjoy delicious seafood and a chilled glass of wine whilst drawing inspiration from the talented chefs on show.
