AN ARSON attack at a Guiseley school is being investigated by police.

New pre-school toys worth around £4,500 were seriously damaged along with a shed. The toys were being stored at Guiseley Infant and Nursery School, in Oxford Road, in time for the start of the new term in September.

Police say the shed was set on fire between 9.30pm and 9.45pm on Monday, July 25.

The incident is under investigation and police are appealing for people who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area to contact them.
