BEN Morley cracked 23 boundaries in his 112 as defending champions Otley bet Beckwithshaw in their top of Divisiuon One clash.

James Davies (3-48) and Ricky Halloran (4-53) restricted the long-time league leaders to just 182 before Morley and Josh Atkinson (52) put on 146 for Otley’s second wicket and set up the win that puts them 15 points clear at the halfway stage of the season.

Burley’s hopes of getting in the title mix suffered a blow when their three-match winning run was halted by Rawdon.

George Myers (69) and Nathan Goldthorp (41) led the way as Rawdon made 209 before Goldthorp (5-27) and Andrew Doidge (4-41) dismissed the home side for 127. Charlie Davy top scored with 48.

Guiseley’s middle order, Stewart Smith (41), Jamie Davey (48) and Damon Reeve (36), raised hopes but the tail fell away and Follifoot eased past the 190-7 target with seven wickets in hand.

A half-century from Alex Bailey couldn’t rescue Ilkley who went down by 50 runs against North Leeds.

Ben Rhydding climbed out of the Division Two relegation zone with a seven-wicket win at Harden. Paul Quinlan hit a half century as Harden recovered from 11-4 to 157 with Kervan Christmas (4-59) and Charlie Swallow (3-29) doing the damage. Swallow (47no) and Robbie Miller (32no) saw Ben Rhydding past the post.

Their place in the bottom two is taken by Thackley who went down by four wickets at Adel after being bowled out for 170. Sidhant Adhatrao and Jonathan Rudge each made 40.

Afzal Khan scored 41 on his debut after signing from Great Horton Park Chapel as Tong Park Esholt eased their relegation concerns with a five-wicket win over Knaresborough.

Chris Gordon (41) top scored in Horsforth’s 213 and Ryan Sharrocks picked up 4-27 as Illingworth were dismissed for 128, their last six wickets tumbling for 15 runs.

That keeps Horsforth top of the division, just ahead of Colton, who eased to a 51-run win at Green Lane.

Pool’s Jake Zsilinzsky (74) took his season tally past 400 but still couldn’t stop his side going down by 22 runs against Skipton. Steve Carling (46) was the main contributor to Skipton’s 234-9 with Shahid Nadeem (3-34) and Andrew Fergie (4-66) doing the damage with the ball.

New Rover opened up an 18-point gap at the top of Division Three after beating promotion rivals Olicanian. Set a 241 target, Olicanian looked good at 152-4 but then lost five wickets for the addition of only eight runs and fell 54 runs short despite the efforts of Harry Smallwood (50no).

Luke Stockhill (57no) and Joseph Clough (52no) put on 81 to take Bolton Villas to 160-6 but that never tested Old Modernians who got home with four wickets in hand.

Ben Brierley (47no) was top scorer in Addingham’s 155 but Steve Phillips (75no) led the Hall Park response and Bevan Williams (34no) clinched the victory with a six, extending Park’s winning run to five matches.

Charlie Parker (5-27) and Ashley Close (4-52) skittled Alwoodley out for 106 with Parker (64no) and Tom Lester (31no) seeing Menston to a nine-wicket win.

Julian Thornhill hit a half century in Calverley’s 239-8 and with Tom Simpson taking 4-52 they managed to restrict Bardsey to 227-9 in a tense finish.
